COVID-19 Important Branch Information

Important Branch Information: Drive Through & Appointment Only

Unique times present unique challenges. Those challenges require unique solutions.

WHAT IS HAPPENING? In our branches, we will begin (effective Monday, April 20) instituting a “Team Concept.” This approach allows us to pool available resources to provide the level of care and attention that our customers expect and deserve from us.

WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? To provide business continuity. Over the past weeks, we have closed and opened a few branches at a frenetic pace. That pace has created anxiety and confusion for customers and associates alike. This new approach allows us to make some strategic moves one time, and then move forward delivering top-notch customer service.

WHAT IS IMPACTED? In order to make this happen, we will be required to close a small number of branches and make minor adjustments to the hours of others. Below is a list of closures and adjusted times:

  • CLOSED
    • Highway 5
    • West
    • Kiehl
    • Heber Springs Downtown
    • Guy

  • ADJUSTED HOURS:
    • Austin: M-F: 9am to 5:30pm
    • Base: M-F: 8:30am to 4:30pm
    • Jacksonville Walmart: M-F: 9am to 5:30pm
    • North: M-F: 9am to 6pm/Saturday: 9am to 12pm
    • Rockwood: M-Th: 9am to 4:30pm/Friday: 9am to 5:30pm/Saturday: 9am to 12pm
    • Cabot Southside: M-Th: 9am to 4:30pm/Friday: 9am to 5:30pm/Saturday: 9am to 12pm
    • Wildwood: M-Th: 9am to 4:30pm/Friday: 9am to 5:30pm/Saturday: 9am to 12pm

FAB&T has continued to closely monitor the situation surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), and following many conversations within our markets, we feel that it is appropriate to take the next steps in mitigating the spread of this unprecedented virus.

The well-being of our bank family and customers is our top priority. However, we also are very much aware that access to, and information regarding, your finances is a critical need. In an effort to manage both fronts, we have made the decision that, effective Monday, March 20th, most FAB&T branch
locations (see above) will serve customers in a drive thru only mode during normal business hours.

Overview of Changes:
  • 7 day a week banking with QūB
  • Drive thru lanes open at most locations (see above)
  • All other business needs by appointment only
  • 24/7 call center can be reached at 800-982-4511
  • Follow us on social media for real-time updates as needed
Customers who require specialized products or services (lending, mortgage, or wealth management) will be seen by appointment only. Additionally, customers requiring access to their safe deposit boxes at any location will be by appointment only.

In addition to drive thru services, we offer LIVE teller service through our QūB interactive teller machines at several of our branches (Jacksonville, Cabot, Sherwood, Heber Springs, Conway, and Greenbrier) from 6am to 8pm Monday through Friday, and 10am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.

QūBs also provide ATM service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To access a live customer service rep, simply touch the screen to begin. To simply use as an ATM, insert your debit card. We also offer a customer call center with 24/7 live customer support for your convenience. Account holders can also seamlessly manage their finances via our free online banking (including online bill pay) or the FAB&T mobile app for smartphones and tablets. For those choosing to open an account with FAB&T, we offer online account opening, and ClickSWITCH, which is a fast and easy online option for those who choose to leave their current financial institution in favor of FAB&T.

If you have specific questions about our ability to meet your financial needs, please contact our 24/7 call center at 800-982-4511 and speak to one of our professional team members to address your questions and concerns. For a listing of our branch and QūB locations, please visit our website, www.fabandt.com. As always, our bank family appreciates your business. We will continue to update you as the situation warrants.
