Good news! FAB&T will soon begin upgrading the online banking experience for customers. For more details on what the switch means for you, read the letter below from FAB&T Chairman, President & CEO Larry Wilson:
Dear Valued Customer:
As part of our commitment to remain on the cutting edge of banking technology, we are pleased to announce that we will be upgrading to a new Online Banking System. Our new system will help us continue to provide the FAB&T
service you have come to expect, while enabling us to better protect your confidential information and offer the most up-to-date products and services. The upgrade to our new system will begin on July 16, 2020 and will be
completed by the morning of July 20, 2020.
Important information to prepare for the upgrade:
• Please log in to your online banking to review your current email address and mobile phone number on
• Effective MONDAY, MAY 11, 2020 all online banking users which are currently required to answer a security question as part of the authentication process will instead be required to receive an authentication security code to log in to online banking from an unknown device. The code can be received via text message or voice call to the number that we have on file, which is why it is imperative that we have your most current information.
In order to verify the email address and phone number(s) you have set up, click on the Alerts tab and select View Delivery Methods. From here you can edit your existing delivery methods or add a new delivery method by selecting Add New Delivery Method.
During this upgrade process, we will be communicating our latest updates in as many ways as possible. Please be on the lookout for information that will be sent through email, standard mail, our website (www.fabandt.com) and our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). You can find us by searching @fabandt.
You are a valued customer at FAB&T. We want to thank you in advance for your patience during this transition and are confident you will be pleased with our new and enhanced online banking service. Please remember, especially during this transition, while you may receive communication from us by e-mail, we will never ask you for your personal information or ask you to “log in” on a provided link. Your online security is
important to us, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you see anything suspicious.
We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you with new products and features. If you have any
questions or concerns, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service Support at 800-982-4511.
